You get Near Field Communication, v4.0 Bluetooth and it has a microUSB 2.0 port. There is a secondary camera too which is 1.9MP and there is a 30fps 1080p HD video recorder.
The Samsung Galaxy S4 Zoom runs on the inaugural Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean operating system and has a Pega Dual +XMM6262 chipset with dual-core 1.5GHz Cortex A9 CPU with Mali 400 GPU. There is a compass, proximity sensor, gyro and accelerometer, just like a regular S4. You get HTML5 browsers, an FM radio, GLONASS with AGPS support and a Java MIDP emulator. Not only do you get 8GB of memory and space for a 64GB microSD card, you get access to a 50GB DropBox account too so you can upload and protect all of your images and videos as you take them. There is S Voice natural language commands and dictation, active noise cancellation, SNS integration, an organiser, MP4 and MP3 players, all the Google apps you could ever way such as Picasa, Google Talk, Calendar, YouTube, Maps, Search and Gmail. There is an image and video editor as well as voice memo/dial and commands.
The powerful 2,330mAh battery gives you huge amounts of standby and talk time, around the 300 hour and 17 hour mark, respectively. Not only is this 'holiday smartphone' ideal for all times of year it is a stunning smartphone with a cracking camera. If you feel that the S4 is lacking the punch of a decent camera then the Samsung Galaxy S4 Zoom is the one for you.
